Poczta Polska supports patriotic events organized by the Ministry of National Defense

In over 4,700 post offices, posters appeared encouraging to participate in a great parade in Warsaw and in military picnics organized throughout the country by the Ministry of National Defense on the occasion of the Polish Army Day. As part of the upcoming celebrations on August 15 at the National Stadium in the capital, Poczta Polska will also open its stand.

"Strong white and red. Polish Army Day " - under this slogan from August 12 to 15 will be the central celebration of the Polish Army Day and the 103rd anniversary of the Battle of Warsaw. Information about the campaign was placed on posters advertising the event. After a 3 -year break caused by Pandemia, the largest parade of the Polish Army will return, during which 200 units of Polish and foreign military equipment and 92 aircraft with 2000 soldiers will be presented. Soldiers of all types of the Polish Armed Forces will present the latest equipment, Polish, Korean and American production, which has been purchased in recent years.

In addition, nearly 70 military picnics will take place throughout the country. The aim of the campaign is not only to celebrate the great victory of the Polish weapon in the Battle of Warsaw (1920), but also the education of society, to promote the history and tradition of Polish weapons and patriotic attitudes. As part of the ceremony, Poczta Polska invites August 15 from 9:00 to 18:00. To visit your special philatelic stand at the National Stadium in Warsaw, where military values ​​issued by the company in recent years will be presented.

Poczta Polska, as a national operator with a strategic function for the state, cooperates with many public institutions, also with the Ministry of National Defense. The company joined, among others in an information campaign led by the Ministry of National Defense, related to the entry into force of the Act on the defense of the homeland. The post office also launched the program "side by shoulder from WOT", whose key elements are: the participation of postcards in building universal readiness to defend the territory of the Republic of Poland in the ranks of the Territorial Defense Forces. At the beginning of 2022, Poczta Polska also joined the "Fighting Disinformation" campaign led by the Ministry of National Defense. It is worth recalling that then in about 4,700 postal facilities appeared posters and leaflets warning against distribution of information that can threaten the safety of Poland and Poles.

Poczta Polska systematically supports information actions organized by the state and its structures. The company was involved, among others in publicizing messages prepared by UOKiK ("Count and do not recover!" - an appeal for prudently making investment and financial decisions), the Polish center of the Safer Internet program (network security), police (fraud related to extorting money), PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowych SA ("Safe journey"). She also actively joined the #Murekapolskimun region and the promotion of the nationwide vaccination against Covid-19.
