Poczta Polska turns unpopular self -service equipment and focuses on the development of Pocztex
Poczta Polska eliminates 24 -hour self -service zones (zones 24), equipped with devices for sending and receiving shipments.
Currently, customers are much more willing to choose other options, also offered by Poczta Polska, adapted to their needs and lifestyle. First of all, they value comfortable, simple and quick solutions. Especially in large agglomerations, where self -service zones are located, they are more likely to choose the possibility of sending and picking up a shipment close to home, on the way from/to work, or in a often visited grocery store.
Poczta Polska eliminates inefficient solutions, but constantly develops services that are a response to the current needs of customers - broadcasting and receiving shipments, including buyers and sellers on the Internet. It focuses, among others on the development of multi -channel Pocztex . The customer can choose the most convenient form of purchasing from among three possible variants: Pocztex Point - delivery to a network of points, which covers nearly 17,000 locations throughout Poland, Pocztex Automat - delivery to parcel machines, located throughout the country and Pocztex courier - delivery by the courier to the indicated address.
The company is gradually increasing the network of acceptance points and implements facilitations and facilities for customers. Only recently has introduced the option to send shipments without the need to print the label at partner points and the Pocztex Thermo Tracking service. It also develops cooperation with clients from developmental branches of the economy (pharmaceutical and optical industry).
