Poczta Polska resumes the provision of some services
Please be advised that from June 1, 2020, Poczta Polska resumes the provision of some services that were suspended in mid -March this year. in connection with the state of an epidemic announced in Poland.
From June 1 this year. Customers will again be able to use the service on request, which allows you to order re -delivery of the notified registered mail to the address indicated on the parcel.
Delivery on request can be commissioned in three ways:
- by filling out the electronic form, which is available here ,
- by phone from Mon. to in 8.00-20.00:

- By ordering the service to the postman by handing a printed and completed form, which is available for download here .
In addition, at the beginning of June, the provision of an additional service for non -ragging prints is resumed, consisting in checking the service of non -rag -free prints with the participation of the client.
It has also been resumed to take foreign cash messages to the Vatican. Foreign monetary messages to Armenia and Egypt are still suspended. The implementation of foreign postal messages for other countries remains unchanged.
