Poczta Polska resumes the service of sending live birds and insects
From May 21, 2020, Poczta Polska resumes the acceptance of Pocztex special parcels with the content of live birds and insects.
We remind you that live birds and insects can be broadcast via Poczta Polska in several ways. Customers can use Pocztex in variants: Express 24, City Courier or Direct Courier with the mandatory option "Carefully". Detailed information about individual services can be found at www.pocztex.pl .
The sender is obliged to provide the packaging adapted to the sent content and meets the requirements specified in the provisions on the protection of animals, as well as to mark the parcel with a sticker or a clear inscription, in red: "live animal" and "carefully" and inscriptions indicating the top and bottom of the parcel.
