This is a distinction for entrepreneurs who got involved in the introduction of employee capital plans (PPK) in their companies and obtained high participation indicators among employees. In Poczta Polska, this indicator is almost 40% and persists at a similar level since the implementation of PPK in the company. Postal workers decide on this form of collecting and multiplying additional funds when they are in retirement age.

Polish Post, a company employing approx. 70 thousand employees were among the enterprises that first introduced employee capital plans - the first PPK management contracts were concluded in November 2019. Preparations for this process began a year earlier, before the entry into force of the laws on employee capital plans. They included, among others Adaptation of HR and payroll systems to PPK service and an information campaign addressed to employees, implemented in cooperation with PFR. Internal communication mainly concerned the most important information on PPK. The goal of broadly extensive communication activities and accompanying training was to provide knowledge enabling consciously to make a decision on voluntary, long -term saving for the future.

- PPK is one of the benefits that we offer to employees of Poczta Polska. Employees by engaging small funds, with the support of the employer and the state, can postpone and multiply money for the future. We are glad that so many employees think about their future. We hope that the activities we conducted and conducting on PPK significantly affect their decisions - says Andrzej Bodziony, vice president of the Poczta Polska Board.

In addition to the possibility of joining PPK, Poczta Polska offers a number of other benefits for employees: the possibility of using funding for rest under the Company Social Benefits Fund, funding for learning at studies and learning foreign languages, passes and tickets to sports and cultural facilities, housing loans and assistance for employees, group insurance and the possibility of obtaining help from the Foundation "Postal Dar" (parcels for needy employees, co -financing for the purchase of medicines and rehabilitation, help for victims of natural disasters).

Poczta Polska is an employer appreciated by external institutions. For the next six years, he receives a prize awarded by the Polish Association of Human Resources Management Companies with the highest human capital management standards - "HP of the highest quality". Last year, she also won the first place in the 15th edition of the Lodołamacze competition at the regional level (Łódź, Mazowieckie, Greater Poland and West Pomeranian Voivodeship) and became a laureate of this competition at the national level, taking second place in the Open Market Square category
