Poczta Polska invites the inhabitants of Biała Podlaska to a new location of the post office

Poczta Polska, for the sake of convenience and comfort of customers, made available to the inhabitants of Biała Podlaska a new location of the branch of the post office. The modern facility is located on a new, developing housing estate at ul. Czesław Wroczyński 11.

The branch of the Post Office in Biała Podlaska was moved from ul. Łomaska ​​43 D. The decision to change the location resulted from both business aspects and to increase the comfort of customer service and the working conditions of Poczta Polska employees.

The new location provides customers with a larger service room, an additional service window and a rich range of commercial goods. The facility was also adapted to support people with disabilities, with an entrance equal to the sidewalk level and a reduced service position. For the convenience of customers near the facility, there are also public parking lots.

- The convenience of customers and the full use of the sales potential are priorities that set directions for changes in the Polish Post network. In branches in developing housing estates, customers can quickly and closely use the wide range of our services. I am convinced that the newly opened facility will satisfy the demand of the inhabitants of Biała Podlaska for various services, not only postal, but also bank and insurance, which we offer - emphasizes Andrzej Bodziony, vice president of Poczta Polska.

Customers have at their disposal two comfortable windows in which they will be able to use a wide range of services offered by both Polish Post and entities from the company's capital group.

The facility is open from Monday to Thursday from 10.00-16.00, and on Fridays from 14.00-20.00. Customers can, among others: send cards, letters, packages or use financial services - making payments and payments. Guests of the facility also have access to Bank Pocztowy's offer. In the trade zone, customers can buy popular and useful products, such as cards, passes, envelopes, packaging, press, books, office supplies, as well as gifts or sweets. 

- By changing the location of the post office, we have introduced additional amenities for people using our offer. Our clients will use a larger service room and amenities for the disabled. In the near future we also plan to extend the work time of the facility - emphasizes Artur Janczarek, director of the Poczta Polska region in Lublin.

Currently, customers have 7 post offices at their disposal in Biała Podlaska, and there are over 400 in the Lublin province.
