Poczta Polska will employ several hundred people to a modern sorting plant. Offers flexible working hours, a fixed salary and additional financial and social benefits

In a few weeks, Poczta Polska will launch a new parcel sorting room in the town of Darkne in the commune Radzymin. It will be the most modern company and fully colored company logistics center, equipped with the latest technologies and devices, facilitating work and improving logistics processes.

To the sorting plant in Dark near Radzymin, Poczta Polska will employ several hundred employees for many positions - executive and administrative: Sorting staff are particularly sought to develop shipments and loads, service technicians of machinery and equipment, driver drivers with a load capacity above 3.5 tonnes (driving license category C and category C+E), car mechanics and dispatchers as well as car settlers as well. Prior experience and qualifications are not required for most of the executive positions, people who take up work in the dark Poczta Polska offers training and preparation.

As an employer, Poczta Polska is flexible, both in terms of working time and a form of employment. The offer is addressed to both those who are looking for a permanent full -time job and to those who would like to find an additional job. The company offers work for 4.6 or 8 hours a day, depending on the position for morning or night shifts. The basic form of employment is an employment contract, but it is also possible to employ a mandate contract if the employee prefers this form of bonding with the employer.

Work in the new sorting plant is adapted to the parcel process, it will take place in shift mode. At the shipping position - for which the most people will be employed - the company offers shift work from 02:00–10: 00, 18: 00–02: 00, 23: 00–07: 00, 01: 00–09: 00, 15: 00–23: 00.

All employees will be provided permanently, paid remuneration and bonuses (employment contract) and a rich package of social benefits, including funding for the employee's rest and his relatives, private medical care and insurance. Nutritional vouchers will also be provided at selected positions. An additional benefit is the possibility of transporting to the sorting plant (at designated times).

For current and future employees, Poczta Polska has prepared comfortable working conditions: separate work zones for different departments, performing various types of work, equipped social rooms and a canteen, changing rooms with individual cabinets, a rest room for nursing women and parking spaces, including with the possibility of charging electric cars, and a bicycle shelter.
