The card design in the illustration part includes the title of "Traditional Products" and a photo showing Sójki Mazowieckie on a wooden tray. Postal publishing house was put into circulation in 5000 copies. A piece of paper depicting a delicacy from Eastern Mazovia is accompanied by a date stamp that will be used at the Post Office in Cegłów. The ceremonial introduction of the card in circulation will take place in Cegłów during the 14th Folklore and taste festival "Sójka Mazowiecka" on July 23 this year.
- Sójka Mazowiecka is an easy -to -prepare product, cheap and, above all, extremely tasty. According to cultivated traditions, it is very often created on the basis of raw materials from farms, where these unusual dumplings have been prepared for almost a hundred years. I am convinced that our latest card will not only become a form of appreciating the culinary craftsmanship of Eastern Mazovia, but also inspire to taste it all lovers of traditional cuisine - emphasizes Daniel Witowski, spokesman for Poczta Polska.
This little -known culinary choice from the heart of Poland deserves promotion not only because of its originality, but - above all - unusual taste. Sójki Mazowieckie is a large sized dumplings made of yeast dough, stuffed with quaspeted cabbage, bacon or bacon, millet and mushrooms. The tradition of baking unusual dumpling is carefully cultivated in the eastern part of Mazovia. Therefore, the originator of the promotion of Sójka Mazowiecka on the Poczta Polska publishing house is the City and Commune Office of Cegłów, in which you can still enjoy this original, traditional product of culinary art.
