Pocztex Mobile - Poczta Polska has released an application for servicing courier parcels

Poczta Polska launched the Pocztex Mobile application. It allows you to track Pocztex shipments and their operation via mobile devices. This is another solution implemented by the Polish Post, facilitating the use of the carrier's services.

The user of the Pocztex Mobile application gains access to information on all Pocztex shipments to which his telephone number was assigned - those that have been sent to it ("Herring" tab) and those he himself sent ("Support" tab). He can also check where the parcels of his loved ones and friends are currently located. The application will find information about already received shipments ("Archive" tab), previously tracked using the application.

- Poczta Polska wants to be as close to its clients as possible, and most of them use mobile devices. Launching the Pocztex Mobile application is another facilitation for people using the services of Poczta Polska. We comprehensively develop and modernize courier services: we modify the product offer, increase service standards and implement new technological and logistics solutions. Now we give clients an application, thanks to which they can manage all their courier shipments, served by Poczta Polska. We will develop it successively with new functionalities. In this way, we will transfer postal services to mobile devices that we use every day - says Andrzej Bodziony, vice president of Poczta Polska.

Pocztex Mobile also allows you to search for postal codes, post offices, partner points and Pocztex Automatic packages in which you can pick up and send shipments throughout the country. The application also allows you to automatically start the navigation, referring to the abovementioned places.

People who will have questions related to the use of the application or courier service can use the answer database ("Help" tab) or the possibility of connecting to consultants of Poczta Polska - by phone or by email.

Using the application requires prior registration - setting a password and login, providing contact details, acceptance of regulations and logging in - via a password email or through Google, Apple, Facebook or Envelo accounts. When the user provides his phone number when registration, information about his shipments will appear in the application automatically. Otherwise, he can search for parcels and manage them by entering their number.

The mobile application can be downloaded via the App Store (IOS phones) or Google Play (Android phones). The application is free and does not contain advertising when the user does not agree to marketing messages. However, the lack of consents does not block the possibility of using the application. For people who downloaded the application and set up an account, but for various reasons they do not have access to the phone and want to use the Pocztex Mobile functionality, Poczta Polska launched the website of Koncja.pocztex.pl . You can log in to it using the same data that the customer uses when logging in to the application. The site has the same functionality as a mobile application.

The Pocztex Mobile application will be developed. New functionalities will appear systematically, including the possibility of sending shipments.

Pocztex Mobile is another solution to increase the convenience of using services that Poczta Polska has recently implemented. For some time, its customers can also broadcast shipments without the need to print broadcasting labels. Shipments only with the number assigned to them can be broadcast in post offices and their branches as well as in partner points (Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Groszek, Arhelan, Delikatesy Centrum). The company also introduced two new products to the offer: Allegro Mini Shipment - the ability to send small, inexpensive packages by Allegro and Pocztex Thermo Tracking users - an offer for entities whose products require monitored transport conditions (specified temperature).

Poczta Polska focuses on the development of the Pocztex Service multi -channel. The customer can choose the most convenient form of shipping and receipt of purchases from among three possible variants: Pocztex Point - delivery to the network of points, which covers 17,000 locations throughout Poland, Pocztex Automat - delivery to parcel machines and Pocztex courier - delivery by the courier to the indicated address. On the other hand, Poczta Polska, together with partners, also expands cooperation with new functionalities. This applies to both the service of courier and retail clients.

In the Pocztex network, the point, which is made up of postal outlets and partner points - stores: Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, Groszek, Arhelan, for the comfort and convenience of customers, the parcel awaits up to 7 days from the date of receipt of the notification. Customers can send their packages at post offices and partner points through the "Post shipment" application at https://www.pocztex.pl/ . The option of receiving and sending a package at a point is not only convenience, but also environmental protection. This way is caused to reduce the number of kilometers overcome by couriers, which results in a reduction in CO 2 .
