The Pocztex Thermo Tracking offer is addressed in particular to pharmacies and online drugstores. The effect of introducing the service is an increase in postal sending by 20% by those particularly demanding types of e-store. Currently, the new offer can be used by all pharmacies and drugstores conducting mail order sales that will sign a contract with Poczta Polska.
There are about 150 pharmacies conducting online sales on the Polish market. 10% of these pharmacies were on the TOP 100 e-commerce companies in Poland for 2021. Also customers are increasingly choosing this type of e-store. 16% of people buying on the Internet do shopping in pharmacies.
