An employee of Poczta Polska saved the senior from fraud

Thanks to the vigilance of Mrs. Jolanta, employees of the Polish Post Office in Gdynia, managed to protect customer savings. A nervous and shaken senior who came to the Gdynia Post Office wanted to send a significant amount abroad. Poczta Polska employees are sensitized to such situations, thanks to which many clients are able to protect against attempts to extort savings.

The post office once again prevented a crime, which was to be victims of an older client. January 11 this year A senior applied to the window of the Gdynia 6 Post Office, who reported a desire to send a significant amount to Great Britain. This aroused a suspicion of an older man who could fall victim to fraud.

The client had a card with the name of the person to whom he intended to send money. The cashier wanted to make sure that the data is correct and see if the addressee is a friend. During the conversation, the senior left the facility three times, and returning confirmed the data and the desire to make transactions. Unusual customer behavior further worried the employee. The cashier then invited the senior to the facilities of the facility to talk to him face to face. During the conversation, the post employee learned that the disposition to pay money is a secret police action.

During the senior's stay, the phone rang again in the facility. The fraudsters tried to know if the man had a problem with making the transaction. The cashier asked the senior to confirm the interlocutor that everything was fine. At that time, the employee contacted the nearest police station. The police, who immediately came to the office, confirmed the assumptions of the watchful cashier.
