In connection with holidays and trips outside the place of residence, the reception of correspondence may be difficult. Poczta Polska proposes a wide range of services in the scope of delivery of parcels, giving clients a chance to choose the offer best suited to individual expectations. 

Poczta Polska provides a service enabling the storage of a up to 14 days from the day following the date of delivery. Activation of the service can be reported in electronic or paper form. If you use the second form, the printed and completed form should be submitted in person at the post office, or transferred to the postman. The fee depends on the storage period and is calculated each time when you collect the parcel according to the Poczta Polska Poczta Price List. 

Customers who are not constantly at one address and want to receive correspondence, Poczta Polska recommends the Posttante service. It allows you to collect the parcel at any selected post office. If you use this service, it is important that the shipment is properly addressed. The order of the data should be as follows: name and surname or full name of the addressee, the inscription "Poste Restante", the relevant postal code and the name of the postal facility, which is to issue a parcel. Shipments broadcast on a reststante post are delivered at the price of the service chosen by the customer, without an additional fee. 

Another interesting service is recommended to the box. Thanks to this solution, after returning from vacation, you no longer have to worry about the expiry of the receipt and run to the post office. The service consists in throwing addressed shipments into the letter box. In addition, Poczta Polska may inform you that the addressed registered mail has been delivered. It is enough that when you submit an on-line application, you provide a phone number or e-mail address.

The Service Service allows you to redirect the parcel to the indicated address. It is an excellent proposition for customers changing the address of residence or stay. To use it, just fill out the electronic or paper form available on the Poczta Polska website. The paper version can be transferred to the postman or submitted in person at the post office so that the parcels reach the new address. Submission of a request using an electronic form also requires authentication of identity through a trusted profile or in person in a casting facility. Customers submitting a request via the electronic form do not incur additional costs. Persons submitting a request at a post office pay a single fee of PLN 6.00. The receivable for sending a parcel depends on its type. The submitted request is made for a maximum of 12 months from the date of notification. It is possible to extend the service period. 

It is worth remembering that the above services do not include: letters in criminal, civil, court and administrative, administrative, tax proceedings and letters in the case for violation of public finance discipline, postal packages and Pocztex.
