The postal operator has implemented a number of solutions aimed at reducing the risk of spreading the SARS-COV-2 coronavirus and ensuring maximum safety for employees, clients and business partners. Being in constant contact with the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate and other services responsible for the safety of Poles, it was decided, among others to create special safety zones in them and the purchase of disinfectants, masks and disposable gloves for employees. New procedures were introduced when confirming the uplift of registered letters and parcels replacing the traditional signature in the last 4 digits from the identity document.

Due to the increased absence of employees, the post office shortened the working hours of postal facilities. The possibilities of sending foreign shipments have also changed. In the absence of air transport, the post office organizes land and sea transport, restoring the possibility of sending parcels to European, America and Australia countries.

Poczta Polska will inform about subsequent changes on an ongoing basis. Detailed information is available on the company's website www.poczta-polska.pl or on social media www.facebook.com/pocztapolska .
