Changes in the EMS service
From January 1, 2020, the rules for providing EMS in the field of shipments sent in special envelopes, i.e. Document Pack and Kilo Pack, have changed.
According to the new Document Pack and Kilo Pack adjustment, they will be treated as manipulative printing and will be issued free of charge to customers who want to use the service. Until now, the purchase of an envelope was tantamount to paying the service fee.
At the same time, as a change in the qualification, the envelope was modified the price list for the provision of EMS for individual clients, in the range of shipments sent in Document Pack and Kilo Pack envelopes. The EMS service in Document Pack and Kilo Pack envelopes purchased before January 1, 2020 will be implemented on the terms applicable on the day of purchasing envelopes.
In addition, the introduced modification in force from January 1, 2020 is ordering a courier to collect the EMS parcel broadcast by individual customers only via the form posted on the website www.pocztex.pl/zamow-kuriera .
