Changes in the management board of Poczta Polska

On February 15, 2024, by decision of the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska, the function of President Krzysztof Falkowski and vice president Wiesław Włodek were dismissed. In addition, Vice President Maciej Biernat resigned. At the same time, the company's supervisory board delegated a member of the RN Sebastian Mikosz to perform the duties of the President of the Board of Poczta Polska.

- The situation of Poczta Polska requires bold and thoughtful actions. The priority for the new president will be to stabilize the financial condition and create a new framework for the further functioning of the company with a 465-year tradition. Mr. Sebastian Mikosz has extensive managerial experience and documented achievements in effective management of large market entities. I am convinced that thanks to the involvement of the Polish state, which understands the role and significant of the national postal operator, as well as postcards and thoughtful management decisions, the situation of Poczta Polska will improve - emphasized Paweł Wojciechowski, chairman of the company's supervisory board.
