To search for a registered parcel, enter the number in the frame (e.g. 0015900773312345678, PX0000000013, RR123456789PL, CP123456789PL, VV123456789PL, EE123456789PL) given at confirmation

If the number is erroneous or the system has not been registered in the system with the given number, the message will appear: the given parcel number is incorrect

If the number is not provided in the place intended for entering the parcel number, a message will appear: Enter the shipment number

If the entered identifier is correct, then data and the history of events for a specific shipment will appear. If the history of the parcel or information about it is inconsistent with the proof of posting, check the correctness of the entered number.

The system currently provides information about all registered shipments, i.e. with proof of posting (excluding a letter with a declared value).

For registered letters and company shipments, information on the day of sending and delivery of parcels is displayed, without a way to move them.

Poczta Polska SA provides a network service (so -called Web Service), which can be used to create applications enabling tracking of postal items. The service is available at: http://tt.poczta-polska.pl .

From July 1, 2021. New customs and tax regulations apply throughout the European Union as a result of which Poczta Polska offers a service to make customs applications for shipments with goods from outside the European Union worth EUR 0-1000. Shipments up to EUR 150 are charged with VAT, while the duty is also added above this border. More details can be found in the principles of Poczta Polska SA SA performances sent from abroad for customs control and notification of goods placed in it for the procedure for allowing postage (making a customs declaration) and handling a parcel sent from abroad intended for a further customs procedure carried out by the recipient available on the website.

In the absence of tracking information about parcels that were sent outside Poland, we invite you to visit the pages of foreign operators. Lack of country on the selection list, this means that a given postal operator has not provided the address of its website for monitoring the parcel.
