Project description

The architecture of the logistics network (ASL) is one of the most important strategic initiatives of Poczta Polska, enabling smooth transformation of the current logistics network, mainly adapted to operate letters to the target network, aimed at supporting the increasing volume of KEP shipments (courier, express and parcel) and e-commerce.

The implementation of the ASL project aims to modernize the current logistics network of Poczta Polska, which in the next few years will allow the Company to achieve logistics goals, which are one of the pillars of the company's strategy, and further business development in the areas of KEP, e-commerce, logistics and international services. The aim of the project is also to improve efficiency (increase in timeliness, network capacity and optimization of costs related to shipment service) of the current logistics network.

As part of the ASL project, Poczta Polska will gradually transform its logistics infrastructure from a letter to parcel, which is a response to changes observed on the postal market both in Poland and in the world. The recapitalization will allow for the modernization and construction of logistics centers that will provide modern service for the developing e-commerce market.

Project status

Starting adaptation works at the Expedition and Distribution Node in Lublin

As part of the preparation of the Expeditionary and Distribution Node in Lublin for the installation of a new sorter, Poczta Polska on April 21, 2022 signed a contract with the contractor and April 13, 2022 with a replacement investor who will carry out construction works enabling the installation of the machine.

As a result of the tender procedure, a contractor for FHU Complex construction works was selected, Marta Konieczna from Stary Sącz, as well as a replacement investor ZDi Sp. z o. o. from Zamość.

Completion

The scope of work was assumed to change the layout of the rooms and the functionality of the object, without affecting its shape and surface. Receipt of construction works and signing the final protocol of completed works took place on October 28.

According to the adopted schedule, a sorter was launched for the automatic development of KEP shipments. The assembly of the sorter was carried out by Bemer Group Poland sp. Z oo "Cross Belt" machine, the length of the entire sorter loop is 285 m, and its operational efficiency allows sorting 7,000. shipments per hour.

Starting adaptation works at the Expeditionary and Distribution Node in Wrocław

The coloring of the Expeditionary and Distribution Node in Wrocław is one of the key tasks as part of the strategic project of Poczta Polska-the architecture of the logistics network. An integral part of this task is the preparation of the hall in terms of infrastructure, enabling the insertion of a new sorter with assumed technical parameters.

On April 25, 2022, an agreement was signed with the contractor of adaptation works by Mostostal Warszawa SA

The scope of adaptation works will include work inside the existing building and the construction of two facilities with a total area of ​​1500 m2, access roads with maneuvering squares at new docks will also be modernized.

Completion of the first stage of adaptation works at the Expeditionary and Distribution Node in Wrocław

According to the adopted schedule on 30.12.2022, the first stage of adaptation works at the Expeditionary and Distribution Node in Wrocław was completed.

The completed stage included the implementation of the investment as part of the expansion of the current facility with a newly created office building and a warehouse hall with a total area of ​​over 1,500 m2 and modernization of access roads with maneuvering squares at new docks.

Parallel at the WER Wrocław facility, advanced works related to the foundation of the sorter and further adaptation of the existing facility for the need to assemble the machine.

Completion of adaptation works at the Expeditionary and Displaceable Node in Wrocław

According to the adopted schedule, the adaptation works of the logistics facility in Wrocław were completed. The completed stage assumed the adaptation of the existing building to the needs of the installed machine for the automatic chapter of shipments. Currently, works related to the assembly of the "Cross-Belt" sorter, by Bemer, are being carried out, and acceptance tests and integration of IT systems have started.

Actions in the Wrocław Sorting Room are carried out on a large scale and on many levels, because in addition to adaptive work, the office and warehouse part is additionally added. These works are carried out inside the terminal hall and outside. They are aimed at releasing the surface for the sorter and rearranging the hall for future processes.

The assembly of the Sorter for the automatic chapter of KEP shipments in the Wroclaw sorting plant is dealt with by Bemer Group Poland sp. Z o. O.

Activities related to the installation of the sorter are carried out according to the schedule. After installing the supporting structure of the sorter, the main line along with the slides, the next step is electrical and IT works. The planned date of commissioning the sorter for use is May 2023.

According to the adopted schedule, a sorter was launched for the automatic development of KEP shipments. The installed sorter will allow you to automatically read not only the standardized address labels, but also international shipments, which often have a non -standard address of address data. The assembly of the sorter was carried out by Bemer Group Poland sp. Z oo "Cross Belt" machine is equipped with 4 manual feeders, 4 automatic introduction lines, 128 directional slides, 56 vertical slides and 6 special slides. The length of the entire sorter loop is 375 m, and its operational efficiency allows for sorting 8-9 thousand. shipments per hour.

Starting adaptation works in the expedition and dispersion node in the Lisim Tail

As part of the preparation of the Expeditionary and Distribution Node in Lublin for the installation of a new sorter, Poczta Polska SA and Revbud SA on September 30, 2022, she signed a contract with the contractor for construction works, enabling further installation of the machine, by the company Bemer Group Poland sp.

The work will start in October 2022 and will include work inside the existing building and building two external facilities. Access roads with maneuvering squares for new docks will also be modernized.

Completion

According to the adopted schedule, the implementation of adaptation works in the Expedition and Distribution Node in the Lisim Tail near Bydgoszcz was completed. As part of the implemented adaptation works, the existing building was adapted to the needs of the installed machine, the building also gained 900 m2 of warehouse and office space. Currently, works related to the assembly of the machine for automatic shipments (Cross-Belt "), implemented by Bemer, are being carried out.

Acquiring a new logistics facility for Warsaw (Wer Dark)

In order to obtain a new logistics facility, Poczta Polska SA and Panattoni signed a contract for renting over 50,000 m2 operating and logistics space. The investment will be built in the area of ​​Warsaw and will consist of 2 facilities, intended for the functions of the distribution node for servicing parcel and pallet shipments, coming from other distribution nodes in the country and from its own area of ​​operation, including mass customers.

These facilities will include the Cross Dock storage hall with an area of ​​over 12 thousand. m2 and a warehouse and operational hall with an area of ​​over 26 thousand. m2. In addition, zones with support and technical facilities will be located. Currently, the investment is being implemented in accordance with the assumed schedule. The planned date of handing over the halls by Panattoni is the end of 2023.

Cooling of the hired logistics object for Warsaw (Wer Dark Wer)

On January 19, 2023, Poczta Polska signed a contract with Bemer Group Poland sp. Z o. O. For the purchase and installation of a sorter for automatic development of courier, express and parcel shipments.

The sorter purchased by Poczta Polska will have the shape of a loop and will be made in "cross-bolt" technology. Thanks to six automatic administration lines, six manual administration lines and over 300 slides, it will be designed to separate parcels into the level of sending points and delivery regions. The operational performance of the device will sort 15 thousand. shipments per hour. It will be the largest of the existing machines in Poczta Polska.

Project description

In 2022, there is a change in the standard of broadcasting digital terrestrial television, which is associated with the need to adapt digital terrestrial receiving devices to the new standard by part of society. The legislator provided the support of households by the possibility of obtaining a benefit for the purchase of a digital receiver, referred to in the Act of 24 February 2022 on the support of households in incurring costs related to the change in the standard of broadcasting digital terrestrial television (Journal of Laws, item 501) (called the "Act"). At the same time, the legislator considered it justified to enable people interested in submitting an application for a benefit for the purchase of a digital receiver not only in electronic form, but also in paper form, which is associated with the need to provide publicly available points where the application can be submitted in person.

The task called - "Household support in incurring costs related to the change in the standard of broadcasting digital terrestrial television" is the task arising from art. 14 para. 2, art. 17 and art. 25 para. 4 and 5 of the Act, consisting in accepting applications for a benefit for the purchase of a digital receiver, implementation of payments for a document confirming the granting of a benefit to an entrepreneur selling digital receivers and conducting promotional activities regarding the benefit for the purchase of a digital receiver.
