Delivery on request
Thanks to the service, the service on request is notified to the address indicated on the parcel.
You can choose the delivery to the original address in the time period you choose, during the opening hours of the institution delivering a re -notified parcel.
How does it work?
You can order delivery on request in three ways:

via the Internet by completing the electronic form ,

by phone from Mon. to in 8.00-20.00:

By ordering the service to the postman by handing a printed and completed form, which is available for download here .
The postman only accepts orders for the service of re -delivery of the parcel to the original address.
In order to order the service, the following data should be prepared:
1) shipping number,
2) date of the first notification,
3) Addressee's address details, including e-mail address or phone number.
The permissible deadline for ordering the service is 10 days*, counting from the next day after leaving the first advice.
*The acceptance of the order for the service after 11:00 is treated as received on the next day, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.
What is the service performance date?
The next day at the earliest* , from the date of acceptance of the service order and no later than 14 days from the next day after leaving the first advice
* excluding Saturdays and public holidays.
Delivery on request can be ordered in the following time intervals, during the working hours of the post office:
09:00 – 13:00
13:00 – 15:00
15:00 – 19:00
What is the amount of the fee?
The service fee is 4.50 PLN.
Important!!!
The service on request does not include letters in criminal, civil, legal and administrative, administrative, tax and letters in the case for violation of public finance discipline.
