Sending shipments
If you change your place of residence or stay and want the parcels to go to a new address , we have the right service for you! Thanks to the service, the shipping addressed to you will go to the address you indicated.
How does it work?
Shipments addressed to you to the old address will be sent to a new address, which you will indicate in the form. Dates for the service of the service depend on the type of parcel sent, e.g. an economic letter, priority letter, economic or priority postal package.
How to use?
Order the service by completing the online form.
Authentry your identity through a trusted profile or in person at a post office.
What is the amount of the fee?
By submitting a request via the electronic form, no fee is charged. If a request is submitted in a post office, a one -off fee of PLN 6.00 is charged.

Important!!!
Submission of a request using an electronic form requires identity authentication through a trusted profile or in person in a casting facility.
The list of facilities where you must confirm your identity will be transferred by an electronic message.
The submitted request is made for a maximum of 12 months from the date of notification. It is possible to extend the period of use of the service, while this period specified in each subsequent request cannot be longer than 12 months.
The service does not include
- Letters in criminal, civil, judicial and administrative, administrative, tax and letters in a case for violation of public finance discipline
- Shipments with bee content and house birds, milk samples
- Paczek24, Paczek48, Paczek+, Pocztex.
