Storage of shipments
Thanks to the service of storing parcels, your correspondence is waiting for a pickup at a post office. We can store it up to four weeks after the first attempt to deliver.
How does it work?
We store the parcels in the facility for a maximum of 14 days from the day following the date of collection of the parcel.
The service is dedicated to notified not registered shipments (e.g. ordinary lists not going to the box) and registered shipments (e.g. registered lists, packages), excluding:
- Postal shipments sent on special principles in the mode: KPA, KPC, CCP, Tax Code
- Pocztex, Paczki24, Paczki48
- Parcels with bees and domestic birds and milk samples
How to use?
Order the service by completing the online form.
Authentry your identity through a trusted profile or in person at a post office.
The paper version of the request form can be:
- Receive at a post office or
- Download from the Poczta Polska website
A printed and completed form can be submitted in person at a post office or transferred to a postman.
What is the amount of the fee?
By submitting a request via the electronic form, no fee is charged. If a request is submitted in a post office, a one -off fee of PLN 6.00 is charged.
The fee for storing parcels depends on the period of storage of the parcel and is calculated each time when collecting the stored shipping according to the prices contained in the price list.
Sample storage prices for each day:
PLN 0.50 in the case of letters in domestic turnover,
PLN 2.00 in the case of parcels.
